- The Wiesel 1A4 is a Tankette, the most modern of the German Wiesel 1 family of air-droppable, lightly armored weapons carriers developed for airborne and light forces from the 1980s onward. The 1A4 variant retains the compact two-man layout and 20 mm armament while upgrading optics and electronics. In-game it is a tracked vehicle weighing 2.9 tonnes with a crew of two — driver and gunner — and is powered by an Audi 2.1 diesel producing 87 horsepower for 30 hp/t and a top speed of 80 km/h forward and 25 km/h backward, with neutral steering and an automatic gearbox.
Armament is the 20mm Rh202 autocannon; the 1A4 is distinguished by a laser rangefinder and Gen 3 white thermals with 4x/8x zoom. The vehicle has no stabilizer, smoke, or heavy armour and depends on mobility and concealment.
