- The XM1069 is a Self Propelled Anti Aircraft vehicle based on the MIM-146 ADATS (Air Defense Anti-Tank System), a Swiss–American development that combined radar-guided surface-to-air missiles with anti-tank capability on an M113-style chassis; the system was trialed by the US and Canada but never widely fielded. In-game it is a tracked vehicle weighing 25 tonnes with a crew of three — driver, gunner, and commander — and is powered by a VTA-903T diesel producing 600 horsepower for 24 hp/t and a top speed of 66 km/h forward and 14 km/h backward, with neutral steering and an automatic gearbox.
The stabilized turret mounts a 25mm M242AA Bushmaster autocannon, a 12.7mm M3P machine gun, and an MIM146 launcher capable of both anti-air and anti-tank missiles. The gunner has a laser rangefinder, fire control system with lead and tracking, and Gen 1 white thermals; an engine smoke system is fitted for defense.
