- The RDF/LT is a Light Tank, an American concept vehicle (Rapid Deployment Force / Light Tank) based on the M113 family and armed with a 75 mm automatic cannon for direct fire support. In-game it is a tracked vehicle weighing 13.4 tonnes with a crew of three — driver, gunner, and commander. The 6V53T-5301 diesel produces 300 horsepower (22.4 hp/t) for 64 km/h forward with neutral steering and an automatic gearbox. The 75mm ADMAG is a magazine-fed autocannon with 60 rounds and overheat limits; a coaxial 7.62mm M240 is fitted. The turret is stabilised and the main sight has a laser rangefinder, FCS with lead and tracking, and 3.2x and 10.5x zoom. This vehicle features three addons: Air-defense, Smoke launcher and Side Skirts. The Air-defense addon costs 1,000 points and replaces the standard turret with a specialized variant equipped with 8 Stinger pods; when combined with the RDF/LT's existing proxy rounds, this makes the vehicle a critical threat to all aircraft. The Smoke Launcher addon costs 250 points and mounts smoke grenades directly to the turret, providing the essential ability to obscure your position. Finally, the Side Skirts addon costs 750 points and equips the hull sides with an additional 15 mm of armor for improved protection. The Air-defense and Smoke Launcher addons cannot be used together.
