The LVT-6 Gator is an Amphibious Vehicle and a post–Second World War development of the Landing Vehicle Tracked family, used for riverine and coastal operations and infantry support. The LVT lineage saw extensive use in the Pacific. In-game it weighs 14.9 tonnes and is tracked and amphibious (4 km/h in water), with a crew of seven — driver, gunner, commander, loader, and three MG gunners. The Continental W-670-9A diesel produces 250 hp for 16.8 hp/t and 40 km/h on land.
Primary armament is an M2 Howitzer (75 mm pack howitzer) with M48 and M66 ammunition; the commander and three MG gunners each have a 12.7mm M2 machine gun. The main turret has a 3x telescope only; the commander and MG turrets are stabilised. There is no laser rangefinder or modern FCS.
