- The Kurganets-25 is an Infantry Fighting Vehicle developed in Russia as part of the Armata-era family, with a 30 mm cannon, Kornet ATGMs, and optional active protection. The 25 in the name reflects its approximate weight class. In-game it weighs 25 tonnes with a crew of eight (driver, gunner, commander, five passengers) and is tracked and amphibious (4 km/h), with active suspension. The YaMZ 780 diesel produces 750 hp for 30 hp/t and 80 km/h.
The turret mounts a 30mm 2A42M autocannon, 7.62mm PKT, and 9M133 Kornet ATGMs; the gunner has a laser rangefinder, FCS with lead and tracking, and Gen 3 white thermals at 4x–12x. The vehicle has an APS (20 launchers, 70–2,000 m/s interception), LWS, MAWS, engine smoke, and smoke grenades. This vehicle features a single addon: 32B01 Epokha. The 32B01 Epokha addon costs 500 points; this modification replaces the standard 30mm autocannon with a heavy 57mm autocannon. This significantly increases the vehicle's lethality against armored threats and infantry by upgrading the ammunition from the 30mm 3UBR11 APFSDS to the 57mm 3UBM21 APFSDS, providing a 63 mm increase in maximum penetration (from 97 mm to 160 mm). Furthermore, the 3UOF8 HE shell is replaced by the VBOF-57 HESH, which features a staggering 19x increase in explosive mass (from 0.05 kg to 0.95 kg). To balance this increased firepower, the rate of fire is reduced from 550 RPM to 120 RPM, and the ammunition capacity is lowered from 500 rounds to just 72 rounds. Additionally, the Epokha suite installs eight 9M134 Bulat Tandem ATGMs; these missiles feature 200 mm of maximum penetration, making them the ideal choice for neutralizing light-to-medium armored targets.
