- Description
- The QN506 is a Fire Support Vehicle, a Chinese tracked platform that combines a 30 mm cannon, unguided rockets, and fire-and-forget ATGMs for multi-role engagement of ground and low-level air targets. In-game it weighs 30 tonnes with a crew of three (driver, gunner, commander). The CNGC 12150L diesel produces 650 horsepower (21.7 hp/t) for 50 km/h.
The turret mounts a 30mm ZPZ02 autocannon, 7.62mm Type 86 MG, QN201DD rockets, and QN502CDD ATGMs. The vehicle has a laser warning system, stabilizer, smoke grenades, and an FCS with lead; the gunner’s sight has a laser rangefinder and Gen 2 white-hot thermals at 4x–12x, and the commander’s CITV has thermals as well.
