Description
: The **T29** is a Heavy Tank, an American prototype developed during the Second World War to counter heavy German armour; it mounted a 105 mm T5E1 gun in a large cast turret on a chassis derived from the T26 (Pershing) program. Only a handful of pilot vehicles were built and it did not see combat. In-game it is a tracked vehicle weighing 64.2 tonnes, crewed by five — driver, gunner, bow gunner, commander, and loader. The **GAC V12** diesel produces 770 hp for 12 hp/t and a top speed of 35 km/h, with neutral steering.
Primary armament is the **105mm T5E1** cannon with a coaxial **12.7mm M2**; the bow gunner operates a **.30 cal M1919**, and the loader and commander have additional **12.7mm M2** positions with stabilizers. Optics are limited to telescope and periscope sights with 4x–8x zoom and no laser or thermals.
