Description
: The **M3A1** is a Transport Vehicle used by the U.S. Army and allies during the Second World War for moving infantry and towing guns. It used front wheels for steering and rear tracks for drive, giving better off-road mobility than trucks while remaining cheaper than full-track carriers. Weighing 8 tonnes, it carries a driver, gunner, commander, and ten passengers and is powered by the **White 160AX** gasoline engine producing 148 horsepower for 18.5 hp/t and a top speed of 76 km/h. Armament is a single **12.7 mm M2** machine gun on a ring mount with a stabilizer and 1x sight, providing anti-aircraft and suppressive fire for the dismounts.
