Description
: The **M14 Jacob** is an ATGM carrier built on an **M113**-type tracked chassis, armed with a **Spike-LR2MR** launcher for long-range anti-tank engagement in manual or fire-and-forget modes. The vehicle trades troop capacity for a dedicated gunner and a large missile load. Crewed by a driver, gunner, and up to seven passengers, it weighs 12.3 tonnes and is fully amphibious at 4 km/h. A **6V53** diesel produces 212 horsepower for 17.2 hp/t and a road speed of 64 km/h.
The gunner’s turret is stabilized and mounts the Spike system with a fire control system, lead computation, and Gen 3 thermals (4x–40x zoom). Light armour and high mobility make it suited to shoot-and-scoot tactics from hull-down or concealed positions.
