The design reflects modern proposals to reduce crew and silhouette while retaining heavy armour and firepower. Weighing 59 t, it is crewed by three — driver, gunner, and commander — and is tracked, with a top speed of 56 km/h and 38 km/h in reverse. The **Perkins CV12** diesel delivers 1,314 hp for 22.3 hp/t. The **120mm RUAG L50** is fed by an autoloader (11 rounds ready, 27 in the hull) and is paired with a coaxial **7.62mm L8A2**. The turret has a stabilizer, laser warning system, and smoke grenades.
