The system is part of the Derivatsiya-PVO program and is intended to engage drones, helicopters, and low-flying fixed-wing aircraft with a high rate of fire and programmable ammunition. The vehicle is tracked and amphibious (4 km/h), weighs 21.5 tonnes, and is crewed by three — driver, gunner, and commander — with active suspension. An **UTD-29** diesel produces 500 horsepower for 23.3 hp/t and a top speed of 70 km/h forward and 20 km/h reverse, with neutral steering. The **57mm 2A90** autocannon has a 148-round magazine and fires 3UBM22, BR-281U, OR-281U, and 3UO8 ammunition, supplemented by a **7.62mm PKT** machine gun.
