Team : Eagle Federation # M4A3E2 (76) Jumbo Role : Heavy Tank ## [General information](/md/mtc/vehicles/m4a3e2-76-jumbo.md#general-information) Description : The **M4A3E2 (76) Jumbo** is a Heavy Tank variant of the **M4 Sherman**, combining the uparmored Jumbo hull of the M4A3E2 assault tank with the more powerful **76 mm M1** gun in place of the standard 75 mm. The Jumbo was built in limited numbers to lead breakthroughs; the 76 mm upgrade gave it better anti-armour capability while retaining thick frontal armour. The 37.8 t vehicle is crewed by five (driver, gunner, bow gunner, commander, loader) and is powered by a **Ford GAA V8** engine producing 500 hp for 13.2 hp/t and 35 km/h. The **76 mm M1** fires AP and HE with a 5.5 s reload; a coaxial **.30 cal M1919**, bow **.30 cal M1919**, and commander's **12.7 mm M2** provide secondary fire. The gunner has a stabilizer and 4x/8x telescope and 1x/6x periscope with no rangefinder; commander and bow positions are stabilized.
